Ligue 1 side Olympique Marseille have shown interest in Everton’s French striker Neal Maupay. Who is likely to leave the club before the summer window football closes.

For Mopey, he joined Brentford from Saint-Etienne in 2017. Before moving to the Premier League with Brighton & Hove Albion in 2019 and Everton three years later.

However, the 28-year-old’s form has been disappointing, with just one goal in 32 appearances in all competitions. And he was loaned out to former club Brentford last season. Where he scored eight goals in 31 games.

For Mopey, he is Everton’s sixth new signing of the summer. Following James Tarkowski , Dwight McNeil, Conor Coady, Amadou Onana and Ruben Vinagre.

Mopey moved to Brighton from Brentford in the 2019-20 season. Where he has made 109 appearances in all competitions, scoring 27 goals.
